St Martin’s restoration project continues to gather accolades. It has now won the Europa Nostra award which celebrates outstanding initiatives, conservation projects, research and education successes within Europe’s cultural heritage sector and rewards exceptionally dedicated service.
The 2010 winners have been selected by a jury of independent experts from nearly 140 submitted projects stemming from 26 countries. Only two UK projects were recognised.
St Martin’s has also garnered awards from The Civic Trust, The British Construction Industry, The Georgian Group and Visit London.
Another MRC project, The Royal Society of Chemistry has been shortlisted for an RIBA London award.
